Terms of Use Terms of Use Well, I'm not too big on this kind of thing, but there are very important points that need to be made. The first is that Seeker is being release as shareware. That means that you can use Seeker absolutely free for thirty days starting the day you first use Seeker and after that thirty day period you are obligated to either register your copy or stop using it. Seeker is high-quality software. It's easily available, very affordable, and has fantastic technical support. Why not register? The second point is that while you're welcome to decompile Seeker and explore the source code, you may not charge for or publicly release any software you develop based on Seeker's source without my direct permission. Lastly, Seeker hasn't done any damage to any computers I've tested it on and I certainly wouldn't release it to the public if I thought it would, but I won't be held accountable for any damage Seeker might cause. Terms of Distribution Terms of Distribution Permission will be gladly given upon request to redistribute Seeker with books or magazines or on CD-ROMs. When possible, I would very much appreciate a complimentary copy of or a discount toward the CD-ROM, book, or magazine. Of course, Seeker must be distributed with all the accompanying documentation. Redistributing Seeker without my permission is just plain not nice (and illegal, too). I can be reached at any time at mailto:stefan@antioch-college.edu.
